PYVOT
PYVOT (Professional Young Visionaries of Tomorrow) is Central Connecticut’s network for ambitious, community-minded young professionals ages 21 to 40. We represent a mix of industries including tech, healthcare, finance, entrepreneurship, small business, and nonprofits.
With around 70 members, PYVOT offers consistent opportunities to connect through networking events, professional development sessions, volunteer initiatives, and social gatherings. We also collaborate with other local young professional groups through the YP Collective to expand our reach and impact.
Backed by the Central Connecticut Chambers of Commerce, PYVOT is more than just a professional group. It's a place to meet new people, grow your career, and get involved in something bigger than yourself.

My goal is to create programs and partnerships that not only support our members’ professional journeys, but also inspire them to give back and lead with purpose.”

PYVOT’s goal is to give our young professionals an opportunity to network and have important conversations that are relevant to where they are in their careers. In addition, we strongly believe the learning experience is never over and so we aim to hold events that allow members to develop themselves both professionally and personally. This will include influential speakers and workshops tailored to the needs of Generation Z and Millennial’s in the workforce. Last but not least we will be working with local organizations to offer opportunities to serve the community through philanthropic initiatives!
